A hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone) injects treatment solution into stationary equipment to perform separation, classification, and concentration, and is an innovative separator with a very simple structure and no drive unit.

Structure of a hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone)

A suspension containing fine particles of several micrometers or more is supplied to a cylindrical container circumferentially at high speed. And as a result it starts to rotate and a centrifugal force is generated. At this time a gravitational acceleration of several tens of thousands of G is generated in the circumferential direction, and thus leading to fast sedimentation and concentration of the fine particles. The separated concentration can be freely selected by changing the supply rate (supply pressure and flow rate) and the flow ratio of the outlet. Our hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone) was designed and manufactured to classify and concentrate fine particles, and so has a small element.

THREE:"You senseless little bantam," said Shorty, with his grip on Harry's throat; "will you always be raising a ruction? Will I have to wring your neck to learn you to behave?""It'll be a shame to take them across the Ohio river in this shape," said Si in deep vexation. "They'll shoot one another's heads off in the first fight, if they've guns in their hands."
  • Equipment costs can be reduced.
  • Operating costs can be reduced.
  • Maintenance costs can be reduced.

  • Large amounts can be treated in a small area.
  • Separation and cleaning are easy because of the simple structure.
  • Simplified control
  • This equipment can be operated in synchronization with external devices.
  • Alarm and interlock mechanism.
THREE:Turning to the Lieutenant-Colonel the General said:Presently he saw the old man come out and take a path into the woods. He cautiously circled around to where he could follow and watch him. He saw him make his way to a secluded little cove, where there was a corn-crib partially filled and a rude shelter, under which were a buckboard and fairly-good young horse. The old man began putting the clumsy harness of ropes, chains and patched leather on the horse and hitching him to the buckboard.
