TWO:A dancing-girl went by, wrapped in white muslin as thin as air, hardly veiling the exquisite grace of her shape. TWO:In the little white church, all open windows, mass was performed by a priest with a strong Breton accent. ONE:In one of the alleys by the outer wall was a little house with a door in carved panels framing[Pg 243] inlaid work as delicate as woven damask.
